Amanda Domingos is a Ph.D. student in Political Science at Federal University of Pernambuco and a member of the TIER Hub in Recife, Brazil. Amanda attended the Fall 2019 TIER faculty development workshop at Haverford College. Besides being a BITSS Catalyst, Amanda is the Executive Director of Methods on the Agenda (in Portuguese, Métodos em Pauta), an academic initiative that seeks to spread the importance of methods and transparency in social sciences and correlated fields. Her work focuses on the fields of public policy, intergovernmental relations, legislative particularism, and transparency in social sciences.
