Project TIER is committed to diversity among the professionals with whom we collaborate and the students our programs ultimately serve. We seek to include members of underrepresented groups, women, low-income and first-generation college students, and individuals who have faced discrimination. We strongly encourage the participation of members of these groups, and those whose teaching and advising will reach students belonging to these groups. We value diversity in the TIER Network, faculty development workshops, the Fellows program, and all other Project TIER activities, and are committed to making them welcoming and accessible.
