I attended the Project TIER workshop in Fall 2018. The natural sciences are behind the social sciences when it comes to replication and transparency in research, but in attending the workshop I saw many pieces that could potentially be applied to my field. I serve on my institution's IRB, teach research methods courses, and lead numerous student research projects, and I am excited to be slowly implementing TIER elements into some of these areas.
